I arrived at 11:45 at a very busy restaurant. It was understandable because it's lunch time. I stood there for a couple of minutes, because the young lady was checking out another customer. She immediately addressed me when she was done and said that my order was ready. Actually not. It was prepared, but still needed to be bagged. And loaded potato had to be retrieved from the heating device. By the time she handed me my order it was 11:58. I was to be serving lunch to our clients at noon...not cool!
