Stood at the to-go counter for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. one of the individuals making the food had his pants hanging down below his butt. At least his shirt was tucked in so I didn't have to see anything. kept pulling on his jeans to hike them up while wearing his sanitation gloves

The managers on the other hand really need to open their eyes and at least acknowledge the customers. They are busy working sure enough but hell, at least grunt at us so we know you see us. One last in front of me, white haired make manager bagging food.....I wait, and I wait, another guest comes on, again no acknowledgement, another guest, nothing, still I stand here, the last in front of me moved on, manager doesn't even look up to say it may be a minute. Finally I took my hungry butt to JCI for a couple crappy hot dogs but with a cashier who was awesome. Today I came in again, same manager plus the grouchy looking lady one I've seen before but never speaks unless who I'm assuming was an area manager is there. Seriously, just a little courtesy would be really appreciated. I've brought a dozen of my co workers there for the food and Jared's courtesy. I hope the managers just pick up a little smile and communicate with us. PS I don't look like the hunchback of Notre Dame so that's not the reason for a lack of eye contact, I hope. I would also suggest that you advise your employees on how to better handle these situations. We have been enjoying the food at this location for many years, however the store has deteriorated in that the food is cold, tables are filthy, drink machine doesn't work properly. Further the gentleman delivering the food doubles as the counter preparer and could imitate the janitor in a shopping mall. All in all my wife and I will NEVER visit this establishment again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we came in to the new location at 6735 grand parkway, store 212. It was a little busy but not crazy. All of the open tables were dirty, food was ice cold after waiting 27 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a kids chicken nuggets. For a newer store the interior appearance was very dirty.
